At Shuttlecomm, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality transportation services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS SCENARIOS
Customer-Requested Cancellations
- Full refund: If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled transfer, you will receive a 75% refund.
- Partial refund: If you cancel between 48 hours to 72 hours before your scheduled transfer, you will receive a 75% refund.
- Partial refund: If you cancel between 24 hours to 48 hours of the scheduled transfer, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Partial refund: If you cancel it less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, you will receive a 25% refund.
- No refund: If your reservation is expired after the scheduled transfer.
Cancellations by Shuttlecomm
- If we cancel your transfer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, airport or vehicle issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Modification of Bookings
Changes to your booking (date, time, destination, or passenger count) may be allowed and is subject to availability and some restrictions.
Any modification requested within 72 and the scheduled transfer time of service may incur in additional fees. Please contact us immediately.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed from 5 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment issuer.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the designated scheduled pickup location on time and without any previous contact, no refund will be issued.
Complaints & Disputes
If you’re unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 3 days at: customerservice@shuttlecomm.com or our Call Center: +52 998 561 2311 (EST).
We will review your case and determine if a refund or credit is applicable.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
